Abstract
Benefiting from the buoyant domestic economic performance that marked the period 2007 through 2010, Lebanon’s real estate sector underwent a significant development to become one of the success stories of the country’s economy. This analysis of the Lebanon real estate sector includes information regarding the real estate market demand side and supply side, as well as sections exploring market financing and the global position of the real estate market.
